Products covered by warranty arrive with a warranty certificate and a verification code (starts with GW-) — verify it yourself on the warranty page anytime.
If a product reaches you with a problem on our side (like a code that doesn't work or an account that doesn't match the description), we replace it or refund its value after verification — directly and without complication.
Online payment happens inside PayPal's protected buyer-protection environment — your order is only considered paid after PayPal's official confirmation, and a payment-confirmation email reaches you.
Your chat with us inside the site is saved with your order — any agreement or promise stays documented for both of us, and delivery data is visible to you alone.

We sell digital products (accounts, games, codes and top-up cards). Product data is delivered immediately after successful payment — shown on screen, sent to your email, and saved in your orders page.
