All our products are digital — no physical shipping. Once payment is confirmed over WhatsApp, the product data appears instantly on your screen, arrives in your email, and is saved permanently in your orders page.

Once payment is completed and verified, delivery usually starts immediately — if your order needs preparation, we keep you updated on WhatsApp until it is delivered.

Every order has a reference number (starts with GW-) sent in your confirmation email — use it on the order status page to check its status anytime.
